Feliz Años 2007!
Feliz Años Nuevo!Yesterday to celebrate feliz años I went for a 6 hour walk along the pacific coast, south of Mancora (very close to the border with Ecuador)!
I begin 2007 with seized up knees & ankles and a nice bit of sunburn on the backs of my legs- can`t wait for my 10 hour bus journey to Trujillo tonight! Nice to see the sea. Now, for los montañas..!

Happy New Year and a belated Happy Xmas sweetheart. Certainly looks like a christmas break with a difference. Mine was the same as ever, too much booze and food and now in desperate need of some exercise.

Happy new year, babe. Mine was the same as Lozzer's - lots of fun but I'd much rather have been walking in Peru. My new year's exercise was much less interesting - it involved lugging boxes up and down stairs while moving house (all on my own!). However, I think a few laps in Brixton pool are still much-needed to make up for all the champagne and cocktails drunk over the festive period.

Feliz Años Loz, Lee and Missy f Milligan- funny, it seems a life time ago we were all sipping sparkling cava back in Octubre! Glad to hear you´ve all made up for my sobriety in the booze stakes!
