Los gobiernos al interior
It´s only taken me 4 weeks but I think I now understand the regional elections system thanks to an article in the broadsheet newspaper ´El Comercio´: 25 regions with a Regional Presidente, a Vicepresidente and a Regional Council (between 7 to 25 members). With a term of office for 4 years.Voting on Sunday 19 Noviembre 2006.
